Aloha and hello. I’m a community organizer, activist and business owner who is working hard to address long-term local and global issues.

I'm the editor of Ka Wai Ola, the newspaper of the Office of Hawaiian Affairs, and the founder of ‘Ili‘ili, a multi-stakeholder cooperative working on strengthening Hawaii’s economy through investments in decarbonization, food security and smarter urbanism. I'm also the founder of The Hawaii IndependentSummit Magazine, and Maoliworld. Because of the reality of our times, much of my energy is devoted to working on reversing climate change. I live in Kalihi, and was raised in Kaneohe. My roots are in Kohala, Kona, Hilo, Ilocos Sur, Ireland and Italy. Please get in touch – our best work will be done together.
